ENABLE – Entrepreneurship for Socially Disadvantaged

NPAD-2018/10038

This partnership brings together 6 organisations from Nordic/Baltic area to share best practice in methods of improving entrepreneurial skills of disadvantaged adult individuals (women, youth, seniors, disabled and migrants). The participating institutions cover a range of sectors: NGOs, SMEs, adult training centers.

Different topic areas will be discussed so that best practice can be shared and new skills, techniques and methods can be learnt and transferred. These skills will be training methods, practical skills, acquaintance with already operating businesses and other activities which would develop entrepreneurial spirit of future disadvantaged entrepreneurs, etc. It is the transfer of these practical skills that trainers could integrate into future activities with their learners promoting their self-employment.
