MAFLE

As the number of people arriving in EU countries is increasing, MAFLE is an Erasmus+ project (2017-2020) that aims to develop more attractive and quicker methods and materials for language learning for job seekers and asylum seekers who are non-academic and may not speak good English, in order for them to learn the local language and integrate better.
Outcomes:
- discovering similarities between broadly used (Spanish, German) and small (Estonian, Latvian) to facilitate language learning
- advice on dealing with differences linked to geographic and socio-economic disparities
- minimum vocabulary for successful A2 non-academic level language user
- methods of implementing foreign language into daily activities
- increased professionalism of language teachers in adult education
The project is financed by Erasmus+ 2017-1-LV01-KA204-035430
