DWC project for wellness teachers in VET is finishing

DWC ("Towards Variable-Access & Digitalization of Wellness Courses in VET") project, launched in February 2022, is set to conclude its journey in January 2024 with a series of end-of-project conferences in all partner countries. This groundbreaking initiative has been specifically designed to benefit wellness teachers and students in vocational education and training (VET).

The six project partners have successfully developed state-of-the-art digital materials for the wellness and beauty sector. These resources are now available in all the partner languages: English, French, German, Italian, Finnish, and Spanish.

 

Here are the project’s tangible results:

  • An open-access interactive pedagogical programme: This resource offers adaptable approaches, didactic tools, and learning materials for Aesthetics and Cosmetology trainers. It’s all packaged in a user-friendly digital manual (eBook), making it perfect for vocational training centres.
  • Five digital didactic chapters: These chapters are embedded within an interactive eBook tailored for initial vocational training programmes in Aesthetics and Cosmetology, complete with their corresponding training modules.

The final Transnational Project Meeting and the Final Conference were held in beautiful Brescia, Italy, in December 2024, followed by conferences in France, Germany, Finland, and Spain. These events brought together educators, students, and innovators to celebrate the project’s success and share its results.
