Integration through prior knowledge

Integration through prior knowledge is a small-scale project coordinated by Learning for Integration ry. The first newsletter for the project has now been published.

Integration through prior knowledge (IntegPri) is an Erasmus+ small-scale project lead by Learning for Integration ry, an educational NGO from Finland, and partners Educom+ from Greece and Geinnova from Spain. The project focuses on strengthening teachers’ skills with regard to how they can assess their refugee/migrant students’ prior knowledge and then design learning activities which meet their needs and encourage their participation in the learning process. The dimension of teachers’ efficiency is stressed as well as the impact of RPL in everyday educational practice.
