Nordic-Baltic Café Lingua Nordplus project kick-off meeting in Helsinki 4-6 October

The Nordic-Baltic Café Lingua Nordplus project, coordinated by the Finnish partner Learning for Integration ry, will kick off in Helsinki on 4-6 October 2015.

LFI ry will be coordinating a new Nordplus project, Nordic-Baltic Café Lingua, with partners from Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia and Iceland. The aim of the project is to start similar languages cafes to Cafe Lingua in Helsinki in the other partner countries, and to create a material database in the partner languages. The partners will travel to Helsinki to meet with the Finnish partner for a few days of meetings, and they will also visit Café Lingua in Helsinki on Monday 5 October, to see how the event is run and meet other co-operation parties and the tutor.

The purpose of the meeting is to start preparations for the kick-off of language cafes in all the project countries, as well as plan the structure of the material database. We are looking forward to welcoming the partners in Helsinki!
