Suomiportaat Finnish Courses with the support of Finnish Cultural Foundation

Suomiportaat Finnish mini courses kicked off in May 2026 with the support from Finnish Cultural Foundation (Suomen kulttuurirahasto). Learning for Integration ry implements the courses together with Mirsal ry and Learnmera Oy. The project supports young migrants in developing practical Finnish language skills for everyday life, studies and working life. Through accessible, interactive courses, participants strengthen their vocabulary, communication skills and confidence in using Finnish in real-life situations. The project aims to make language learning engaging and practical while supporting participants’ integration and participation in Finnish society.
